SHIPPING
We ship out of our South Florida headquarters. Online processing times can take up to 2 business days. Ground shipping may take 1-5 business days, depending upon delivery address.

Domestic Shipping
We ship all domestic orders by FedEx at a flat rate of $10. Free shipping for orders over $250.
International Shipping
We ship all international orders USPS Priority mail at a flat rate of $35. Orders may take 6-10 business days. (options available upon check out)
Shipping can be tracked with USPS tracking number. However, we do not cover taxes and duties on international shipments, which are levied once your shipment reaches your country.
These duties vary and we cannot predict what they will be.
Flat Rate shipping applies only to the countries below:
Canada, Europe, UK, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, China, Brazil

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There are no Refunds, only store credit or exchanges will be issued for the amount of store item(s), not including shipping.
All items must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. Returns must be shipped no more than 14 days after date of purchased. It is up to the sole discretion of DAMA the wear and tear seen on garments.
- DAMA reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Exchanges must be done within 14 days of receiving. All exchanged items must be shipped in original packaging and in new condition. Beyond 14 days, all sales are final.
Exchanges should be done for equal value or more of purchased items.
DAMA does not cover shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
Items that are listed on SALE are considered final at time of purchase.
